Scope
When a miner maintains hash rate under load but fails one or more cold-start attempts, this shorter diagnostic maps exactly when and how boot fails. We capture power draw at startup, time-to-hash, and any error codes displayed on the control board.
Deliverable
A two-page diagnostic with timestamped boot attempts, recommended next steps (firmware check, PSU inspection, or retirement), and whether the issue reproduces consistently or intermittently.
