1. Acceptance

By accessing service-ashfield.click or engaging Service Ashfield Mining Review Co. for miner assessments, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide independent assessments of cryptocurrency mining hardware, focusing on boot reliability and uptime for units at 0.05 TH/s nominal hash rate and above. Services include on-site observation, diagnostic protocols, written reports, and comparison matrices as described on our services pages.

3. Informational website content

Rates and service descriptions on this website are informational. Binding quotes are issued separately in writing. We do not sell mining hardware, hash rate, hosting, or software subscriptions through this site.

4. Intellectual property

Report templates, protocol descriptions, and website content are owned by Service Ashfield Mining Review Co. Client-specific report data belongs to the client for internal and contractual use. You may not republish our methodology documents as your own or resell reports without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

Assessment reports reflect observed behaviour during defined test windows under documented conditions. We do not guarantee future uptime, profitability, or fitness for a particular financial outcome. Hash rate markets, pool conditions, and environmental changes after the assessment date are outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law of South Korea, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fee paid for the specific assessment giving rise to the claim.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate serial numbers, access to equipment, and safe working conditions. Clients are responsible for backup power decisions, pool configuration, and regulatory compliance of their mining operations.

7. Scheduling and cancellation

Confirmed observation windows may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellation may incur a scheduling fee as stated on your quote. See our Refund Policy for payment and cancellation details.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Ulsan, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
